Shipping policy

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will reasonably assist customers with lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

Due to high demand, seasonal volume, or carrier conditions, estimated delivery may take 2–4 weeks after your order is confirmed. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
